As part of our launch, service providers (contractors, subcontractors, professionals and suppliers) get their first 4 months completely free — no card required. After the free period, membership will be R295 per month with no commission on contracts and no per-lead charges. You keep 100% of what you earn, and we'll notify you well before any billing begins.

Sign up for a free client account, describe your project, and upload any photos or plans that will help explain the work. Once your project is published, relevant contractors, subcontractors, professionals and suppliers can submit quotes. You can also search for businesses directly and invite them to quote on your project.

During registration, contractors, subcontractors, professionals and suppliers submit business information and supporting documentation for review. Builders Place SA authenticates submitted credentials where possible and indicates verified information on the provider's profile. While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, clients could also carry out their own due diligence before appointing a service provider.

Builders Place SA does not process payments for contracts, services, or supplies arranged through the platform. All payment terms — including deposits, milestones, delivery, and final settlement — are agreed directly between the client and the service provider or supplier. Because Builders Place SA does not charge any commission on jobs, services, or supplies secured through the platform, providers keep 100% of the value of their contracts and sales. Our role is simply to connect clients with trusted businesses; the commercial relationship remains entirely between the two parties.
